IT-Supporter with passion for audio/video technology
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be an important member of our team from day one and will take on responsibility in numerous areas, including
- Receiving, processing and documenting fault reports, questions and change requests (hotline enquiries and support tickets)
- Independently analysing, processing and resolving system malfunctions
- Onsite support at customers' premises for hardware, software and conferencing systems
- Creating and updating manuals and documentation
- Active monitoring of the IT infrastructure
- Event technology - support at conferences and events: loudspeaker system & microphones, cameras & image, streaming set-up for live and hybrid events if necessary
REQUIREMENTS
You should be a motivated person who approaches others with a positive charisma. You work conscientiously, with commitment and precision, think along with others and sometimes outside the box. You should also speak French and English and be either a Swiss or EU citizen or have a work permit for Switzerland.
What else you should bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist EFZ specialising in business informatics / systems engineering or technical apprenticeship and two to three years of practical experience in the areas mentioned below.
- Very good knowledge in the areas of Windows Client, Linux and Android
- Good knowledge of audio/video technology: amplifiers, cameras, microphones, AV over IP, live recording, streaming, AV cabling
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams
- Basic knowledge of network / DNS / TCP IP / firewall / routing, Microsoft 365
- Driving licence cat. B
